This policy applies only to information we collect through the Website and the App (collectively, the “Services”), and in email, text, and other electronic communications sent through or in connection with the Services. 

This policy DOES NOT apply to information that:

  • Any Blue Notary apps or websites, including websites you may access through the Services which has their own Privacy Policy.
  • Your information provided to, or is collected by any third party.

Our websites and apps, and these other third parties may have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read before providing information on or through them.

Children

The Services are not intended for children as defined under applicable law, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. Blue Notary does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately at privacy@Blue Notary.us and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

  • The website places cookies, which are small data files, on your computer or handheld device. Cookies are essential for helping us deliver a high quality website and online experience for our users, and may collect information about browsing behavior.

Cookies and Web Beacons

Like any other website, Blue Notary uses "cookies". These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.

Log Files

Blue Notary follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. 4.1 Blue Notary will cooperate with all third parties to enforce their intellectual property or other rights. We will also cooperate with law enforcement requests from within or outside your country of residence.

4.2 Blue Notary shall not sell, share, hire or otherwise deal in any of your personal information with third parties unless you give us specific permission to do so when you register or through a subsequent affirmative confirmation on the Services.

4.3 Blue Notary's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4.4 Affiliates. We may disclose the information we collect from you to our affiliates or subsidiaries in order to provide the Services.

4.5 Mergers, acquisitions, and sales of business. To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Blue Notary's assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Information held by Blue Notary about our Services’ users is among the assets transferred.
