Kansas State BlueNotary Notaries

Online Notarization law was enacted in January of 2022 due to Senate Bill 106. This came in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Notaries are required to have a traditional notary commission as well as pass a RON training course and exam. They also need to apply for a separate notary commission through the Kansas Secretary of State.
