I have been a commissioned Notary Public in the state of New York, County of Kings, for over three years. I am certified by the National Notary Association (NNA) and Loan Signing Systems (LSS) as a Loan Signing Agent (LSA), and I am approved on various platforms including Snapdocs, Signing Order, Signingagent.com, Closewise, Blue Notary, and Notarize.com.

During my time working at a nursing home, I served as the facility’s Notary Public, where I gained extensive experience notarizing a wide range of documents. These included Power of Attorney forms, Healthcare Proxies, Wills, Pension Proof of Life, Insurance Verifications, Estate Settlement documents, Real Estate Closing documents, Passport Renewal forms, Medicaid Recertification forms, and more. Additionally, I assisted city agency applicants for the Department of Corrections and NYPD by notarizing their onboarding packages and other official documents.
