I service the areas of Orange, Osceola Volusia, and surrounding counties for an additional fee. I’ve also taken the Florida Real Estate course which gives me the knowledge as an agent. I am a Loan Signing Agent who knows how to walk a signer through a loan document and understand the importance of properly capturing each signature, date and initial.
