Hello, I am Kimberly Chodor, an experienced Florida commissioned mobile notary serving Palm Beach and northern Broward Counties and a remote online notary serving the world. I am a platform RON for OneNotary/Docusign where I have completed over 4,000 successful notarizations and I am also approved on the Blue Notary, ProNotary, Notarize/Proof, and eNotary On Call.

As an NSA, I have experience completing seller's, buyer's, refinance, and HELOC closings. As a CNTDA, I have competed multiple estate planning ceremonies at private homes as well as in emergency situations at hospitals. As a RON, I have become familiar with a multitude of legal documents needing notarization including minor consent forms, vehicle release POAs, vehicle titles, I-9s, business affidavits, medical card applications, virtual mailbox applications as well as fertility, divorce, and adoption documents.

When in person, I use a Brother dual tray laser printer and an Epson high speed scanner. I also have a mobile office in my car with a laser printer and scanner.

I am a current member of the NNA, FL Notary Association, California League of Independent Notaries, Remote Online Notary Association, LGBTQ Notary Association, and I am continuing my notary training as a High Performance Notary member.
