Army Civilian supporting various administrative roles but most of them leading Force
Management, Manpower, Internal Controls, and Equipment operations for 18

personnel readiness, and resource management.
Throughout my career, I have developed and implemented manpower strategies,
streamlined internal controls, and ensured compliance with federal policies. My
