I am a dedicated professional with 27 years of experience at AT&T, where I developed deep expertise in customer service, sales, operations, marketing, and project management. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated strengths in problem-solving, strategic leadership, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across diverse teams and initiatives.

Following an unexpected downsizing in July, I embraced the opportunity to pivot and channel my experience into entrepreneurship, launching RLG Premier Notary Services—a business I currently manage independently. In addition, I successfully obtained my Life and Health Insurance Licenses, allowing me to expand my ability to help families protect their futures through AO - Globe Life Insurance, where I am actively building a business focused on service and security.

While managing these ventures, I remain committed to finding a full-time career opportunity where I can contribute my knowledge, energy, and passion for operational excellence, team development, and customer engagement.

Beyond my career, I am a family-oriented individual, happily married for 36 years, and blessed with four children and six wonderful grandchildren who are the heart of my world. I enjoy traveling with my family and unwind through loom knitting as a creative and meditative outlet.
