  2. Complete a RON Training Course.
  3. Get a $25,000 surety bond + $25,000 E&O insurance policy.
  4. Select a state-approved RON technology provider (like BlueNotary).
  5. Complete the Florida Department of State registration form.
  6. Pay a $10 registration fee.
