  3. Complete the training provided by your chosen vendor.
  4. Fill out the Wyoming Online Notary Application Form and take the exam. You will need to get it notarized.
  5. Submit the form by mail with an ink signature along with the $60 filing fee.
  6. Notify the Secretary of State of your chosen RON vendor and your intention to perform remote online notarizations.

Once you’re authorized to perform RON in Wyoming and approved and familiar with your platform, you can start performing Remote Online Notarizations. Be sure to stay up to date as Online Notarization laws are changing quickly!

How to Become a Traditional Notary in Wyoming (Get your Notary Commission)

To become a Notary Public in Wyoming you need to complete the following:

  1. Be sure to meet all of your state’s qualifications (below).
  2. View and familiarize yourself with the Wyoming Notary Education Presentation or take the required Notary training course from an approved vendor.
  3. Complete the examination on page 3 of the Wyoming Notary application.
